If you participated in the Wexler University longitudinal sleep recall study conducted at this facility between 2008 and 2013, you may use your assigned participant ID to access your archived recall summaries below.

Participant IDs were provided at study enrollment and appear on your original intake documentation in the format PTX-###. If you do not have your participant ID, contact Dorsal Health Holdings LLC.
